Liam has worked within specialist mortgages for over two decades carving out an enviable reputation for helping mortgage brokers to overcome complex mortgage applications and ensuring the best outcome possible for their customers. After years of supporting mortgage brokers Liam felt it was time to bring this specialist knowledge direct to clients. 

 

By marrying mainstream mortgage advice to an expertise in specialist fields, such as bridging finance, secured loans, commercial mortgages and development finance, clients of Lima Money benefit from comprehensive in depth understanding of the various products available to them. 

 

Outside of running Lima Money, Liam enjoys creative pursuits such as writing, and stand up comedy, along with a keen interest in sports. He also runs “The Kindness Project” which he founded in December 2020 which ensures disadvantaged families can get Christmas gifts for their children. 

 

 

 

 

 

John joined Lima Money in June 2025, with a long history as a Physical Training instructor, he decided he wanted a career change transferring his passion for physical fitness and wellbeing, to financial fitness and wellbeing. John’s methodical and meticulous style of work lends itself to finding comprehensive and meaningful solutions for his clients, all the way from first time buyers setting out on their home ownership journey, to later life clients seeking innovative financial solutions such as equity release and Retirement Interest Only (RIO) facilities. John’s reputation as a reliable, fair and committed people person, has transferred seamlessly into financial services as he fast garners appreciative clients. 

 

John’s outside interests include maintaining fitness in the gym, running with his dog Gertie, and spending family time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for rugby league, rugby union, and Liverpool. In the winter he’d love to be skiing but instead has the ‘fun’ of coaching his son’s rugby team! 

 

 

 

 

Justine is a founder member of the protection team. Operating from London Justine tailors protection policy suites to our clients old and new. Justine is passionate about ensuring clients leave Lima Money's care, in a position that means they and their families are suitably protected from financial harm. Justine has a broad client profile, from clients looking to protect their income and plan for the future, through to clients with large asset leverage that need cover to ameliorate commercial concerns from financial loss in the event of an adverse event. 

 

Outside of Lima Money Justine is an opera singer and has sung internationally for 15 years. She enjoys travelling and finding hidden gems, while exploring different cultures and most importantly, wonderful food. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mari is a founder member of the protection team. Mari will tailor protection policy suites to our clients old and new. Mari is passionate about ensuring clients are suitably equipped with protection policies that will help them in times of need. She is able to advise on life cover, mortgage protection, critical illness cover, income protection, and family income benefit for private clients, and the full range of business protections for staff, directors, and group schemes. 

 

When Mari isn’t in the office she is an opera singer performing at prestigious venues at home and abroad.
